Nice post over at ReadWriteWeb that discusses various services with which you can track your online identity. Monitoring is one thing, but as one of the commenters remarks it is just as important to get info out there on the Web that you explicitly want people to see in order to be able to control your online identity. RealMee is one of the tools you can use to do just this, as I replied in the comments as well.
